The minimum rentals requirement is $50.00.  A 25% deposit is required.  Any cancellation made two weeks prior to  the rental date will receive a deposit refund. For rentals made after two weeks from event date the deposit or payment is non-refundable.
 
In the case of severe inclement weather we reserve the right to cancel for safety and security reasons. Your deposit would be good for up to one year for any rental.
 
If it's showering or lightly raining we will call you first to discuss delivery.  We will let you make the decision as to take the rental or reschedule.Once any item is delivered and inclement weather follows there would be no refunds or cancellation dates.
 
For any rental of fun food machines such as cotton candy, snow cone, and popcorn machines,you are responsible for cleaning all equipment in the way it was delivered prior to our pickup.
 
Any item not properly cleaned maybe subject to a cleaning fee.
 
We do not allow silly string, food, drinks, or pets in the unit at any time.  You will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $35.00 if our unit has been misused according to our contract agreement.
