We really appreciate your business. Due to unfortunate situations involving previous rental customers, we must enforce the following regulations.
We are a rental company. We are not party or event planners. The only equipment that we setup and tear down are the inflatables, tents, margarita machine, and punch fountain.
We DO NOT set up your tables and chairs. We will drop them off in a central location. You are responsible for putting them up where you want them and also responsible for gathering them up after you event and having them stacked ready for pickup. We deliver our tables and chairs to you clean, we expect them to be clean when we pick them up. If we have to clean the tables and chairs for you a cleaning fee will be accessed.
We deliver our concession machines to you cleaned and ready for use. We expect them to be cleaned when they are ready for pickup. The snowcone machine water tray should be emptied and the glass wiped off. The cotton candy collection bin should be removed from the machine and cleaned. The popcorn machine should be emptied of all unused popped popcorn, and the inside of the machine wiped clean from the popcorn residue.
